Marc Gilbert
With over 27 years of experience in business consulting, Marc is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at BCG and serves as the Global Lead for the BCG Center for Geopolitics.
Based in Montreal and as a core member of BCG’s Global Advantage, Industrial Goods, and Consumer practices, he helps clients navigate the complex and dynamic challenges of globalization, geopolitics, and trade. He is the Global Topic Lead for Geopolitics and Trade Impact, a role in which he has engaged with clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia. Marc is also a member of BCG’s Operations practice, where he advises clients on improving operational efficiency, agility, and resilience.
Thomas Bedouet
Thomas Joined BCG as an Associate in 2022. Currently as a Consultant, he is a core member of Private Investor & Private Equity practice, having conducted 15+ buy-side & sell-side due diligences across multiple industries.
Thomas was also a Project Fellow with the World Economic Forum and co-authored the Building Geopolitical Muscle: How Companies Turn Insights into Strategic Advantage, a collaboration between BCG, IMD Business School and the World Economic Forum.
Romain Martocq
Graduated from ESSEC in 2022, Romain is a Consultant based in Paris, whose track record at BCG includes multiple contributions to large-scale transformation programs for industrial clients (aerospace, home equipment, automotive).
He has joined the BCG Institute as an Ambassador in the Geopolitics & Society Lab. His research focuses on understanding how global companies can help shape the geopolitical context that increasingly defines their competitive environment. This includes, but is not limited to, direct external engagement with governments, multilateral institutions, and non-state players. As part of this effort, Romain will work with the World Economic forum to deliver a report ahead of the January 2027 Davos summit.
